About Zeppelin Labs
Building durable engineers through real system-building in public
Our Mission
To develop durable engineers through real system-building in public, mentorship-driven learning, open-source collaboration, and fellowship programs — moving beyond passive learning into intentional, architectural thinking.
Our Vision
To close the gap in system-level engineering education by teaching not just tools, but how to reason, design, and scale real systems that endure beyond frameworks and libraries.
Core Values
Build in Public
Transparency accelerates learning — decisions, trade-offs, and lessons are shared openly. We believe that showing the process, not just the result, creates better engineers.
Open Source by Default
Real learning happens through contribution, collaboration, and discipline in open-source projects. Every project contributes to the ecosystem.
Systems over Tutorials
Focus on system design, architecture, and scalable engineering over isolated exercises. We teach how systems work, not just how to follow steps.
Mentorship & Fellowship
Supporting students through FYP guidance, fellowship programs, and real-world engineering challenges. Mentorship mirrors real engineering environments and builds lasting skills.
Execution-Based Learning
Progress is made through hands-on building, not slides or courses. We learn by doing, failing, and iterating on real systems.
Long-Term Thinking
We build systems and engineers that last. Focus on fundamentals, architecture, and principles that transcend specific technologies.

About Us - FAQ
Zeppelin Labs was founded in 2025 in Islamabad, Pakistan by Zeppelin Mentor with a singular goal: to train engineers who think in systems, not just code. We believe in closing the gap in system-level engineering education.
We believe in building in public, open source by default, systems over tutorials, mentorship and fellowship programs, execution-based learning, and long-term thinking. These values guide everything we do.
Our leadership team includes experts in full-stack development, mobile engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and community management. We're a distributed team working from Islamabad, Pakistan, serving clients globally.
We offer fellowship programs, FYP mentorship, GSoC participation, and open labs where students build real systems. We provide hands-on guidance, code reviews, and real-world project experience.
We combine professional services with educational mission. Students work on real client projects, contribute to open source, and learn system design principles that last beyond specific frameworks or technologies.
We're always looking for talented engineers who share our values. Check our GitHub for open-source contributions, apply for our fellowship programs, or reach out directly through our contact page.
